In the past days, more precisely four days ago, I had the opportunity to experience the deepest journey of working with horses yet—a journey in HipoBar guided by our accumulated experiences, the openness of our horses, and most importantly, our own willingness to open our hearts to synchronicity and whatever life itself had offered us. It was a path we accepted with humility and joy, ready to immerse ourselves in this new yet familiar space of being.
My longtime friend also participated in the gathering, significantly contributing to its depth with her presence. I realized how essential it is to surround ourselves with people we trust and with whom we feel comfortable. How profoundly different and healing it is to surrender to feminine energy, immerse oneself in it, and allow it to guide us. Of course, this all requires immense trust—but life has repeatedly shown us that only those challenges and trials come our way which we are able and prepared to handle. So, what is there to fear?
The deep creativity and strength of inner peace revealed themselves this time through a beautiful experience of conscious non-doing at the "Green Spa" at HipoBar. I was lying on a massage table in the middle of a pasture that shimmered in all imaginable shades of green, surrounded by tranquility and the presence of our horses. Kačka and her magical hands gently massaged me as I watched, with closed eyes, a fascinating dance of colors. These colors changed according to how the horses affected each part of my being.
I surrendered to this experience with great trust, feeling safe and at the same time open to everything that came. It was a profound process, which still continues. The integration of this experience gradually grows in strength and intensity. It is a paradoxical feeling—the power of inner peace manifests as silence and emptiness within, allowing me to more clearly see, feel, and heal my own wounds, scars, and pains.
In this simplicity, in this state of being, I feel surrounded by pure beauty and pure love. Once again, I discover the truth behind the words: “Carry water, chop wood”—it truly is all we need.
I am grateful for this gift, for this opportunity to experience the true essence of presence and connection with horses, nature, and myself.
