Hello!

My name is Karel and I am 9 years old. Today, I want to write about how great the hippotherapy lesson I attended was. First, we went to a big horse and I got to help with cleaning him. It was really awesome, the horse was gentle, and I enjoyed it a lot. Then we went to the meadow and I could touch him and we learned how to take care of horses.

The most fun part was when I gave the horse some feed and he licked my hand with his big tongue! We also learned how to lead a horse properly and how to be kind to it so that the horse would be happy.

I'm really looking forward to my next lesson and I hope that I'll go for a walk outside with the horse soon—that will be an adventure! I would recommend everyone to try it because it's the best fun in the world.

I would like to share an experience that profoundly affected me during a time when I found myself at a crossroads in life. In my forties, I went through a deep personal crisis and burnout in the corporate environment. This period led me to the necessity of deep self-discovery and re-evaluating what I really want from life.

In searching for a new direction and meaning in my life, I discovered hippotherapy, which became a key part of my journey towards stabilization. The hours spent with horses helped me not only physically but also psychologically. I found new strength and peace within myself, which allowed me to discover new ways and possibilities to continue leading my life.

This experience was a turning point for me. I now feel revitalized and full of energy, ready to face new challenges. My journey shows that even in difficult moments, it is possible to find a way out and change one's life for the better.

My name is Bára, I am 20 years old and I am a passionate enthusiast for horse breeding. I have eagerly participated in hippotherapy courses, which have allowed me to gain valuable experience and knowledge that I now enthusiastically apply in practice at the HipoBar center, where I volunteer.

Since joining the team, I have been involved in the daily operations of the center, where I have the opportunity to work closely with and learn from wonderful colleagues. My activities include caring for horses, especially the senior ones, and direct collaboration with clients, including those with autism for whom horses represent an important therapeutic element.

I also actively participate in the organization and implementation of more commercial activities such as team-building and self-discovery courses, which bring me additional great experiences. I have the opportunity to develop my teamwork skills and adapt to various situations, which significantly contributes to the success of these events.

My enthusiasm, professionalism, and love for working with horses and people motivate me daily. I feel that I am an inspiration to other volunteers, and with my approach and dedication, I strive to be a role model for everyone who wants to engage in similar activities. I wholeheartedly recommend our center, which values quality, commitment, and passion for working with horses and people.

my name is Lukáš, I am 12 years old and I have Asperger's syndrome. I want to thank you so much for how awesome you've been to me since the moment I started coming to your center. Initially, I was quite nervous, but you were so great that I soon started feeling completely at ease.

Being with you is really magical. The horses and the whole team are like magic, making me feel really good and safe. I look forward every week to coming over and having the chance to spend time with the horses and learn new things.

Thanks to you, I've found a place where I can just be myself, where I don't have to worry about bothering anyone or not being good enough. I really appreciate that you've shown me that I have my own place and that I can do something that I enjoy.

A huge thanks to everyone who takes care of the horses, because I understand that it's not always easy. You are amazing, and I am really grateful for everything you do for me. I can't wait for more sessions with you.
